Approach
This project encourages Gen Z audience to rethink their purchasing habits by promoting ethical shopping through an
Eco-Loyalty program. Offering brand ratings, rewards points for ethical purchases, and discounts, the approach combines familiar, approachable, and quirky elements to engage users.

Collateral includes brand visuals, website and app design, and promotional assets showcasing the program’s benefits.

The hand-drawn style softened ethical consumerism, with line art and color creating a personable, engaging feel for users.




The app
combines familiar online shopping and loyalty program interactions with a visually engaging,
user-friendly interface for easy on-the-go use, while also educating users about the ethical shopping trends.

The app streamlined access to key information, allowing users to easily view their card, track points and purchases, and stay updated on ethical and sustainable shopping news.




Flamengo loyalty card
The concept of a digital loyalty card for the service is designed with the option for users to receive a physical card upon registration.



Website
The Flamengo website is a user-friendly, one-page site that clearly explains its purpose and how it’s used.


This project offered a unique perspective on emerging shopping trends, deepening my skills in research, prototyping, testing and overall application of a user-centric approach to interface design.
